Clients

  • We serve all clients with integrity, competence and objectivity.

  • We keep client information and records of client engagements confidential and will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission.

  • We do not take advantage of confidential client information for any other purpose than our agreed engagement.

  • Before undertaking an engagement, We will disclose to clients – prospective or existing - any conflicts of interest whereby our knowledge of specific client actions and information risks compromising their success.

 

Engagements

  • We only accept engagements for which I am qualified by experience and competence.

  • We assign staff and/or associates to client engagements in accord with their experience, knowledge, and expertise and only with your express agreement.

  • We immediately acknowledge any influences on our objectivity to you and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when objectivity or integrity may be impaired.

  • We work to pre-agreed objectives, which may be flexed by you as your needs change.

  • We agree targets and milestones for activity and outcomes.

  • We review progress, regularly and honestly.

  • We agree how to manage change, risk and anything that gets in the way of success.

Fees

  • We agree in advance on the basis for our fees and expenses and will charge fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.

  • We disclose to you in advance any fees or commissions that we expect to receive for equipment, supplies, or services we recommend to you.

 

Professional

  • I will respect the intellectual property rights of my clients, other consulting firms, and other colleagues and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.

  • I will not advertise my services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent my experience, competence or ability.
